We currently have a vacancy for a Manufacturing Manager to take charge of instituting our internal production and controlling our raw material and outsourced suppliers for the manufacture of miniature drug infusion products.
We are looking for an imaginative and independent minded individual with a passion for output of the highest quality and ability meet the challenges of this rapidly expanding company.
Skills and experience in the following areas are required:

• Educated to at least degree level probably in an engineering subject.
• Experience with manufacturing medical devices (or other highly regulated products e.g. aerospace).
• Familiarity with organising both manual and robotic processes.
• Experience manufacturing complex electro-mechanical products would be a definite advantage.
• Managing the logistic challenges of multi-sourcing, scheduling and distribution.
• Working to FDA and European Medical Device standards (ISO13485).
• Institution of suitable production procedures including H&S.
• Excellent organisation & time management skills.
• It is expected that at least ten years experience learning and practising the above skills will be required.
