We currently have vacancies for Electrical Design Engineers to work on their own initiative within a small team of Engineers involved in the design, prototyping and manufacture of miniature drug infusion products.

Skills and experience in the following areas are required:

• HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in high power analogue and digital circuit design, system architecture, low power battery operating microcontrollers and electronics, PCB layout design rules.
• Familiarity with the RF communication is a plus.
• Track record of creativity and performance.
• Experience with class 2 medical devices (or other high risk products e.g. aerospace) preferably infusion products.
• ‘Full lifecycle’& hands on approach to engineering.
• Experience in software development would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Excellent organisation & time management skills.
• Working to FDA and European Medical Device standards (ISO13485).
